Fran has helped me with two different subject-to purchases, both of which were structured differently due to some complex nuances. She did a great job of communicating with the seller’s agents and myself to get us all on the same page and create win-win situations in both cases. Despite the complexity, particularly of the second deal, she never said “we can’t do this deal” but rather “let me figure out how to structure this deal to make it work.” She was persistent, consistent, creative, and effective.
